# Physical Gold Delivery

A minimum of 1,000 XRBG tokens is required for physical gold redemptions. Holders wishing to redeem fewer than 1,000 XRBG can redeem to stablecoin like USDC via <https://app.xrb.gold> or use any DEX that trades XRBG to swap their tokens for stablecoins like USDC.

Stablecoin can easily be converted to fiat through third-party exchanges and apps.

XRBG is designed as a gold redemption-focused solution, ensuring token holders can always exchange their tokens for physical gold.

## *Step-by-Step Guide*

1\. Request Physical Gold Delivery

* Contact Options:
* Sign Up: Visit <https://app.xrb.gold> to sign up for your XRB Gold account.

2\. KYC Verification

Upon requesting to redeem, an account manager will be assigned to you to collect required information and perform KYC verifications.

* Required Documents:
* For Individuals:
* Valid national passport, or
* Government-issued national identification card, or
* Government-issued driver's license.
* Proof of residence (e.g., bank statement, letter of good standing, utility bill).
* For Institutions and Organizations:
* Valid passport and national identification of majority stakeholders.
* Company Information Sheet (CIS).
* Articles of Incorporation or Registration.
* Government Tax ID and Proof of Registration or Receipt.
* Corporate Operating Agreement.

3\. Submission and Verification

* Submit all required documents to your account manager.
* Once all information is received, verified, and accepted, your account manager will proceed with processing your requests for XRBG token redemption.

4\. Redemption Process

* Information Verification: Your information will be reviewed and approved.
* Electronic Agreement: Sign an electronic agreement confirming the redemption transaction details.
* Logistics Confirmation: Confirm your secure delivery address and all logistics details related to the delivery of your gold.
* Vault Custodian Action: The vault custodian will withdraw the equivalent gold from the vault and arrange for delivery to the approved secure address (shipping and handling fees included).

Token Burning: Upon successful delivery confirmation, XRB DAO will burn the corresponding XRBG tokens from circulation.

*T*o ensure security, physical gold delivery will only be made to addresses deemed secure for receiving high-value items. Each XRBG token is backed by 3 grams of gold, but upon redemption, the holder receives 1 gram of 0.9999 fine physical gold per token. Note that you will receive a maximum of 1 gram of gold per 1 XRBG token.
