2. Changes to Terms XRB DAO reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

XRB DAO, XRB Gold, and Legacy Vault Services STC B.V. do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Services, nor that the Services are free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. 11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.

Termination XRB DAO, XRB Gold, and Legacy Vault Services STC B.V. reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

13. Severability If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and XRB DAO regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and XRB DAO, XRB Gold, or Legacy Vault Services STC B.V.
